Brief history of car:
The Dutton P1 was Tim Duttons first production kit car following a one off car he built called the Mantis. The P1 is believed to have had a production run of around 9 cars before giving way to the Dutton B Type.
Based around a space frame chassis the P1 used aluminium panelling for the main bodywork with GRP for the nose and front and rear wings.
Mechanically based on the Midget or Sprite. A rare car and collectable if you are into your Duttons.
