Brief history of car:
The Dennis Adams designed Probe 15 was the Adams Bros first stab at a futuristic production car by themselves. It turned out only 2 were ever made so this model is as rare as rocking horse doo dah.
The picture here is the original Probe 15 car. Built with a custom wooden monocoque chassis (this was a trademark of Adams at the time - also responsible for the design of the Marcos 1800) the Probe 15 had acres of glass and plastic to give it a futuristic look.
The Probe 15 is only 29 inches in overall height (making the Ford GT40 bus like!) and was powered by Hillman Imp engine in a rear/mid engine configuration.
